Teflon Tape Issue
Based on my long time understanding and recent research, the white Teflon tape should not be used for natural gas or LP gas. Over time it will degrade and leak. Other than that the product is exactly as described and works great. The fittings were more than gracious. Other than the Teflon tape it's great.

Excellent hose for installing new gas appliances
Excellent replacement for installing a new gas cooktop. All the fittings saved me a trip to the store to buy connectors. Hose was flexible enough, but still rigid. Highly recommended.

This ended up being the perfect length for my range. Was very easy to install and was a great value for the money. Have not had any leakage.

This gas tube has served well for 5 months so far.
I've had this natural gas tube in service on my gas dryer since January 2025, about 5 months. It has served me well with no kinks or leaks at all. But it must be installed by experienced professional to avoid kinks or leaks.

Will not seal, bad product, groove in seat area
Deep grooves at the seat flange on one end in-line with the pipe seam. Will not seal. Groove deep enough easily catches your nail. Do not buy this product. Came in an unprotected plastic bag as well (however this was not the problem).
