Great tasting!
These taste really good, and with proven ingredients I'm looking forward to seeing how they do with my keto diet. Only 20 calories a serving (2 gummies) as well! Nice clear, informative instructions and information on the bottle, definitely recommended.

Packing a Punch: My Experience with Summer Keto + ACV Gummies
As someone deeply involved in the world of boxing, training five days a week, I'm always on the lookout for supplements that can enhance my performance and aid in fat loss. This curiosity led me to the Summer Keto + ACV(60 Gummies), and I was eager to see how they would fit into my rigorous regime.First things first, I've been taking two gummies about 30 minutes before my boxing sessions, accompanied by a strong coffee. This has been my sole supplement during this period, as I wanted a clear view of their effectiveness without other variables. Now, to the burning question: did they help in burning more calories? Absolutely. The gummies are packed with ingredients like apple cider vinegar, pomegranate, and beetroot, known for their fat-burning properties. Combine this with the thermogenic effect they promote – essentially ramping up calorie burn – and you have a potent mix. However, it's essential to note that I wear a sweat vest during my workouts, and my training is pretty intense. So, your mileage may vary depending on your exercise intensity and style.Would I repurchase them? While they undoubtedly worked for me, the price tag of approximately £40 for a month's supply feels steep. Another point of consideration is the product's branding. The 'Keto' part in the name is a bit puzzling, as it wasn't immediately clear how it ties into the product's benefits or composition. It might be more apt to rebrand it for clarity and to avoid potential confusion. In conclusion, the Summer Keto + ACV gummies have proven effective in my personal experience, particularly in enhancing thermogenesis and supporting my intense boxing workouts. However, the high cost and somewhat misleading name are factors worth considering before making a purchase.

Nice taste
These are like sweets. The colourful gummy bears taste different each. The vinegar is slightly coming through but minimally.60 in the bottle and 2 to be taken daily in the morning.I have been doing intermittent fasting each morning without thinking about it as fasting (I just don’t like eating in the morning) and sometimes I am on board with keto protocol and sometimes not. I feel like I am creating my rules.I liked to take the gummies and the fact they had organic pomegranate and organic beetroot (most likely for colour) and also sodium and magnesium and calcium seemed nice but these are not in very significant amounts. As much as I enjoyed eating them I am not sure about the weight loss. I exercise a lot and eat ok-ish.Keto and intermittent fasting for me is about health and anti-aging rather than weight loss. But to be absolutely honest I do like the vitamin gummies instead of normal sweets thinking they are still sugary treat but at least they have some little health benefits, so that’s that.

Taste good
I like the taste of these. Shame it’s only two a day. Good value. Full of good things. Hoping to see some benefits soon. You certainly get a large bottle so really good value.

Not Keto! But do they work? Not so sure...
I've followed very low carb and Keto regimes (on and off) for many years. For me, low carb and Keto works well for weight loss and maintenance. But I'm confused by the Keto branding on these as there is very little about them that fits into the Keto space. One of the main tenets of Keto is generally to stay below 25g of carbs per day, yet a dose of 2 of these tiny sweets is 6g of carbs, of which 4g is sugar or a massive chunk of your daily allowance...Drop Keto from the brand and target them as other health supplements and it would be more accurate.Taste wise they are good (probably all the sugar in them!). They come in different colours but I haven't been able to detect a different taste between the colours. They have a similar texture to a jelly baby although a lot smaller. Make sure you keep the lid on and out of the reach of children! If you put a lot of stock into these style of supplements the ingredients should help you with ACV being the most active and most popular component, particular to assist with weight loss, however there are other much cheaper alternatives out there that offer better dosages and better combinations of supplements. After a week I haven't noticed any impact from these at all.Update - yesterday, just over a week into taking these I had quite bad nervous anxiety, with muscles feeling 'shaky' most of the day. On reflection I felt a little like this but to less extent on the previous couple of days. Today I didn't take the 2 gummies and have felt absolutely fine all day.Now I would say that this is in no way medical evidence of an adverse reaction to these and it may be totally unrelated but as with anything if you feel something isn't quite right, stop taking them immediately.

Keto? 99% carbs with microdoses of veg and salts
Keto is about NOT consuming carbs. These are near pure carbs. Is this labelling allowed? If you want to get a glucose sugar rush buy some cheap Haribos rather than fork out £40 for a bottle of gummy bears. Each gummy weighs about 2.75grams (50 weighed 132g)Stated 'dose' (dose an odd word for sweets) is 2 gummies = 5.5g.Nutrition states 6g of carbs, of which 4g is puresugar, per dose. Rounded up, one assumes, but basically these are near pure sugar with homeopathic levals of other ingredients. Sodium? That's salt. Vinegar? Droplet size. The beetroot and pomegranite? Dosages so small you wouldn't see it on a plate.Save your money, eat sugar and swig from a bottle of vinegar, dab salt on your tongue and for the remaing £39.50 you can buy a basket of pomegranites and beetroots and a year's supply of decent dose magnesium supplements
