Review after 1 year and 2 months of usage - Great quality printing and scanning. Really economical printing.I have upgraded the rating to 4 star as quality of the printing and scanning is great and ink cartridges work really for many prints. I'm still using my first cartridges (Black and Color).My usage is intermittent, never experienced any issue with dried cartridge or anything like that.Still can't give 5 star because of the initial driver set-up and config issues I experienced.The network issues have reduced to a great extent, may be because of driver updates or may be I know how to work with the printer now.Overall I'm happy with the quality and quantity of the printing and scanning.I have intentionally retained my earlier review below.Purchased printer in Dec-2023. Main intention was to print/scan wirelessly and economical cartridges.Setting up printer and scanner was very difficult, especially wireless drivers. I had to take help from HP Helpdesk to install. Support experience was very good. Scanner is a separate application. With this experience I avoided to set-up the printer/scanner on my other machine.Overall print and scan quality is good but connectivity is a major issue (hence the two star).Wireless printing is slow. Many a times print job stuck in the queue, you have to manually resume printing. Sometimes printer gets disconnected and takes some time to connect again to net. I'm not sure if this is an issue with this piece or a product issue.Overall I'm not happy with my all-in-one printer. I'm thinking of replacing this wireless all-in-one printer with a simple wired all-in-one printer.

3 stars just for the cost, revised to 1 star after 6 months. So buggy that it's less cost and effort to print from outside or via hyperlocal delivery apps. Avoid it - better to burn 7K rupees than to buy this.Result of low cache memory (lower than printers 10 years ago) and cost cutting on software being pass on to retail users.Printing - It just stops printing midway. No reason - just stops! So you're left with half a page which is blank, and then you need to restart the print, which is a waste of pages and ink.Scanner - setup is a BIG problem. For some reason the USB does not allow you to scan, while you can scan over Wifi. Even here it's a hit and miss, sometimes it'll stop the scan midway. Note - it only scans up to A4 size, Letter size isn't supported.HP SMART app - one of the worst printer management apps. Takes 5 minutes to detect the printer. HP should shut this down.Another weird thing - just a couple of weeks after purchase, the white plastic started turning yellowish - so seems HP is using some extremely poor grade of plastic.

Its working great. have used for 1 year now and cartridge still not empty and remains full, although i do use the printer vey less but still, really great for persona use

Very good printer. Have been using for almost a year regularly, all kids school project work, personal documents and various prints done on regular basis, till date the colour is same, one cartridge refill lasts for almost a year. Highly recommend. Very easy to print and scan from your phone too.

Liked : compact , not heavy , Liked the scan ability - wonderfully put all of my passport to one page rather than a small space on the A4 .Dialogue could be better - took time to understand how multiple pages could be made into one PDF. Disliked : installing the print cartridges - bend , put a torch light to the cavern , squint , peer , insert , jiggle and pray it clicks and locks in . YES , nowhere on the site product details does it mention that the printer WORKS ONLY on the 2.4 GHz frequency bands- so pray that your Wifi has this band with a distinct SSID . Initial views - await more subsequent reviews : 1) paper feed has a problem with 1 page getting printed twice - one with upper half and second with lower half .2) online help for printing both sides is of no help - found my earlier Canon printer having clear visual and written instructions . have removed two stars from my initial review
