Takes 3 hours when water is room temperature,I love this, the water now tastes clean, it's not very noisy, about the same noise as a regular kettle.easy to clean, however the top, where the fan is gets dusty, and apart from using the vacuum to clear some of it, I'm not sure what else I could doI always stop it before it automatically stops, because if it boils dry you can taste it in the water plus the scale in the machine is more and builds up quicker.It arrived quickly, well packaged, great little machine at a great price too, I highly recommend! ( In fact I bought another one for my Daughter)

So far very good! I've made 4 batches of water so far to use in my CPAP machine's humidifier. So much cleaner than tap water!I don't use the carbon filter bags in the outlet. I already have a brita filter jug, so I boil the filtered water in the kettle and fill the distiller. It then takes about 3 hours to make a batch of around 3.5 litres of distilled water.

I've used many of these. This is the worst. Way too much gunk on the bottom and the lid corrodes with the metal part on the lid which makes the gunk 10000 times worse. Don't buy this.

You need to get one. The crsp we take out of the Essex tap water is unbelievable

Everyone needs a water distiller. The water just isn't clean or pure enough to drink without one. I have been using them for 5 years and wouldn't be without it now. This is my 3rd and I can't fault it.each time i buy one they get better in design and additional items included like the rubber tube and metal guard that stops the water bottle being knocked and spillages.
