Carburetor Carb Compatible with Honda GX25 GX25N GX25NT FG110 4 Cycle Engine Replaces 16100-Z0H-825 carb

Even using Sta-Bil, every few years the carb on my Honda GX25 tiller engine clogs up from the ethanol gas I put in it. I used to buy the rebuild kits for $9, but for $3 more I can now buy the entire carb - it's not worth it to rebuild them anymore. I can pop one of these new carbs on it in 10 minutes, and it runs good as new - starts on the first pull.

I bought this for my Honda tiller that had a broken primer bulb and was hard starting. The hard starting had been an issue since I bought it brand new.I am pleased to say that the installation was very easy and my tiller no longer is a hard start. I've had this carb for just over a month with absolutely no problems, honestly, I can't find a thing. I guess possibly longevity may be an issue because I haven't had it long. With how well it makes my tiller run, I really don't see that as a problem either. Great buy!

I ordered this to replace the carb on my Honda FG110 tiller. Could not be happier. One day delivery and part arrived with two spare primer bulbs, gasket and include the o-ring. Installed the part in under five minutes and was up and running. The idle speed setting was a little low to keep the tiller running (at idle) but a couple turns of the idle screw adjustment clockwise fixed that within seconds. This has to be dollar for dollar the best bargain I have seen in a long time. Great part, great service.

I think the reason that this carburetor controls the idle so well is that the throttle spool, not a butterfly, has a channel built into it that allows idle air through it when it is effectively closed for normal operation up to full power. The Honda carburetor does not have this feature, so you have the issue of adjusting the very edge of the spool to get just the flow you need for idle, and it is not easy to get it just right,

My FG110 tiller has been running rough after over 10 years of use. This carburetor was an exact replacement and installed easily. I did encounter one problem that is not related to this product: my fuel lines were so old that they wouldn't attach to the new carburetor. They split. I should have ordered a fuel line kit (hoses, grommet and fuel filter) assembly on Amazon at the same time as the carb. Just a few dollars more but now I know. (I bought fuel line from a local repair shop)

100 % perfect. Why would you even attempt a rebuild.Just get this carb and bolt on.

Fit for Mantis 4 cycle tiller. but started flooding after 30 minutes, letting fuel flow even when not running.
