I bought this as my previous trimmer died on me but I have had it for years. This one is slightly smaller and lighter which makes it easy to use. It came with batteries fully charged and I've only used it once so I haven't had to recharge it yet. It is easy to use and trims a lot closer than my previous trimmer. Braun tend to be good quality and that's one reason I chose this one. Just one thing the charger comes with a 2 pin plug so I had to buy an adapter (£8 from Amazon). So far very pleased with it.

Good. Very good adjustment and battery life. My only problem is the on/off switch is very stiff. Overall a good buy.

If your are looking for a cheap shaver that works well this is the one for you..Very good price, cuts through thick stubble with ease, charge is good, easy to clean and adjustable settings.Only con is it can be messy to clean up as it sprays hairs around the sink but not much of an issue.

Very flimsy trimmer with an awkward on/off switch.The two attachments are flimsy and poor quality.The most inconvenient part is that it comes with a 2 pin European charger!! Useless in the UK without an adapter.A complete waste of money and a scam by the seller. Avoid.

Very happy Braun quality makes a difference

This is a nice beard trimmer, small and lightweight and cuts well with an easy to use adjuster wheel on the front. It does however have quite a big problem with the design. The adjuster wheel is not locked when the razor is switched on, thus if you accidentally knock the wheel whilst shaving it will change the height mid shave. I.e you could be shaving your beard a 6mm and the knock the wheel and you have 1mm!

Very good value for money.

I use this on my beard with the 'longer' comb. It works well, dialling in the fine adjustment for length is easy and removing/fitting the combs is equally easy.It's easy to use and achieves a reasonable looking finish.The only slight grumble is that it often leaves a few stray longer hairs (maybe that's just my beard) so I tend to comb through the same area 3 or 4 times.That said a quick single pass through the lot is good enough for a day in the office.If I were buying again - I'd possibly get one with a few more accessories to do fading at the edges and maybe shaving 'outside' the denser beard growth areas. But that isn't a fault with this device, just a lack of knowing exactly what I wanted at time of purchase.
