I am very impressed by this keychain. It is incredibly lightweight yet still so sturdy and strong. I flew from New England to Florida and back, 4 planes, with zero issues getting through security. It looks nice and is so discreet. I was recently attacked by a stranger in my hometown and bought this right after. I hope I never have to use it but I am glad to have it.

I think all women should have this for self defense. I got 2 one for my wife and older daughter. The design is good and light weight. lol you think it’s plastic and it can’t do damage. Oh yes it can.

Seems like a good punch reinforcer and an okay sharp tip to puncture. I did stab it against a slat of wood and the sharp tip immediately wore down..it's still a little sharp but I was a little disappointed that it didnt hold up.

Really works, my 80lb kid sister(19) did some damage, in a life threatening circumstance. Good for can opener, or open tomato juice in can

I doubt this will be of much use as a self-defense tool (probably work as well as poking my keys into someone's eyes, but I already have keys!) but it looks nice, seems safer (and cheaper!) than a taser or pepper spray. The best thing about this is that it comes with three sequentially attached rings so I can clip it to the strap ring on my purse and still keep my actual keys inside the external zipper cpmpartment.

I love this item. When you first see it, it may look like it wouldn't do much, but just gently trying it out makes me realize that it does pack a punch. Hope to never have to use it, but feel good about having it. Very lightweight, fits well in my hand. And the butterflies are pretty :-)

Pretty, but not useful for protection. It did not even hurt my adult son when we tried it out and he was able to grab it away from me.
