I LIKE THE EASE WITH WHICH YOU CAN PUT IT ON AND TAKE IT OFF. THE GREEN LIGHT IS VERY BRIGHT AND, IN MY VIEW, MORE EFFECTIVE WHEN NOT FLASHING WHEN IT DOES ITS JOB WITHOUT ANY ANNOYANCE TO THE DOG, OR OTHERS. TO BE ABLE TO RECHARGE IT EVERY SO OFTEN, WITHOUT FUMBLING FR A NEW BATTERY IS AN ADDED PLUS. A VERY GOOD PRODUCT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

I've already got an LED collar for my dog but wanted one that was a bit more robust. This one is definitely tough, and nice and bright. The light is diffuse and easy to see. I like it. On the downside there is very little adjustment in the size, maybe an inch. It's a consequence of the style of construction but you need to be sure of the size you need. There's no indicator light for the charging port so you don't know when it's charging and if it's ready. Also the cover to the USB charging port is in a fragile plastic, and I don't expect it to last long before breaking off. Update: My dog likes rummaging through damp undergrowth. Turns out that the collar really isn't resistant to water ingress, even from wet vegetation. Mine shows this by flashing uncontrollably. So far it has dried out and still works but it's a disappointment how sensitive it is to local wetness.

Love this collar! It's a super accessory for walking the dog in the dark. The light (which goes almost all the way around) is extremely bright. I have the blue one, and if I look closely in a dark environment it can be quite dazzling. It enables me to see my black dog when he's sniffing about in the woods, it's also a safety aid when we're crossing a road. My dog doesn't seem to object at all to going about with a halo of light around his neck.I can't say if this item would serve well as the only collar as I connect the lead to his full time collar, and just slip the light-up collar over his head as an extra.It has 3 settings and I prefer the "always on" rather than the flashing settings. It doesn't take long to recharge. The recharging port cover doesn't really fit, but although we've been out in rain almost every day since last autumn, it hasn't effected the collar's usefulness. I recommend this to anyone who needs to see where their dog is in the dark.

Total rubbish. Works for a few months then stops working. Amazon will not offer warranty beyond 3 months despite sales of goods act being in customers favour. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Do not buy this product.

The quality is good & light is nice & bright & charge lasts for a good couple of weeks. Despite it being small & correct measurements on paper, it is difficult to make smaller & to sit comfortably on my dog’s neck. Would recommend it though.
