ONINE Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover Custom fit 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7ft Bed (67"), Does Not Fit with Multi-Function (Split) Tailgate or RamBox

I have utilized a retractable (canister type) bed cover as part of my job for nearly 20 years. I have purchased 3 different roll-n-lock bed covers over this period (new covers purchased when new pickups purchased). This is my first experience with the ONINE but a very positive experience so far! The ONINE bed cover includes all the operational features that I am familiar with to include: Very sturdy design, easy latch when closed, reset feature when bed cover fully retracted, options for lock in partially open position, key lock to secure cover when security required and large retraction strap for easy retrieval at various cover settings. The ONINE cover is heavier than previous bed covers I have owned but this is not a negative trait and still allows for easy opening and retrieval. I believe that this cover will last for a good long time. There is a substantial price advantage to the ONINE bed cover. I did have this cover professionally installed by a local body shop in our community. Installation was complete in 2 hours. The professional installers commented that the installation instructions were incomplete. I would recommend the ONINE bed cover to those seeking a reliable, retractable (canister type) bed cover for their pickup.

The bed cover came packaged really well. The bed cover is made very well, and appears to be heavy duty. Install took me about 3 hours. Instructions are lacking, but youtube has a video that shows you how to put it together and is detailed enough. Putting the cover and the rail together is a pain and really is the only difficult part of the install. You will definitely need to two people to finish the install, but all the rubber gaskets and weather stripping appear to be made adequate enough to be water tight. The only issue I had, was the drain tubes wouldn't fit the truck holes. It would help to maybe have two different sizes of drain tubes, but I can get that separately. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I may post an update later on, until I see how water tight it is and for durability but first impressions are that is it is an awesome product. I would buy again, and well under priced compared to other products.

Was pleasantly surprised at the product quality! It was extremely well packaged, nothing was damaged from shipping & every component appears to be made with quality. No issues. However, I do feel the strap when hanging, is in the way, so I roll it up & use a small plastic clamp to hold it high...that way its out of the way. It's a minor design issue, perhaps future offerings will have a system to hang it up. Not sure how it will perform in the winter, but all tonneau covers experience some degree of freezing etc, so I expect the same with this one. I highly recommend this cover.

I shopped around for tonneau covers for a while. I wanted something durable, but didn’t want to pay the thousands I was being quoted. As a coach for a travel team, we’re constantly lugging equipment to various states. We were having to move everything into our hotel room or into the cab of the truck. It was frustrating. It keeps all our gear dry, and the locking feature is great. It was easy to install, but I’d suggest a second person for the assembly if one is available. We followed a video online and it was much easier than reading the instructions. I highly recommend this product.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase and installation of this Onine cover. It fits very nicely, performs smoothly and instills a solid sense of security. Others have commented on the price of this compared to a tri-fold. Personally, I consider it a bargain at about 1% of the vehicle purchase price.

I had a problem with the locking mechanism locking up. Requested help with product from vendor only to request pictures, then a video and finally a long video. All response and stopped with not help. This vendor should be ban from Amazon.

Communication with the seller was great by way of Amazon and email. Instructions that are provided SUCK! If you buy, please watch the video on YouTube before installing. Pay close attention to the beginning about attaching rails and pressing the locking button. After the second attempt of installing, the product works as it should. The locking mechanism is a little quirky but works. Overall I like the retractable cover and it looks good on my truck. I would purchase again.

Easy install, I installed it by myself in about an hour. It took a lot of time to keep adjusting to get it to slide easily, but it would have taken a ton less time if I had a helper. I've had it on November through April in Wisconsin so far, through snow and rain, so far I've seen no moisture inside. I'm only 5'6" so I have to sit on the tailgate to open and close it because my truck is tall, but it slides and locks and unlocks at various positions easily. I have not used the key to lock it, it is very secure without it, and because you have to use the lever inside to open it, there is no way for someone to get inside if the tailgate is locked. It took me a bit to figure out that you have to lightly pull and hold the handle on top toward you with one hand while turning the lever underneath left to unlock, right to lock with the other hand. After I figured that out, it works seamlessly and I love it. It looks really nice, seems sturdy and looks like it won't scratch easily if someone sits something on top of it.
