Large tablets
Large tablets and I’m not convinced it is slow release, but gives me the extra Vitamin C i. Think I need.

Do exactly what they say. However, your probably better picking up from a reputable store Tesco, Aldi Etc be cheaper in there.

This is not time release.
Misleading product, not time release.

Hard to swallow
These tablets don't seem too have any protective outer coat. As they are quite acidic and grainy that makes them diffucult to swallow, as an older person with some swallowing difficulties I have had to have had to dump the lot.
