The media could not be loaded. This is specifically to train for arm wrestling. It’s fantastic, especially for the price. People commenting that it hurts their wrist are using too much weight too soon. It’s connected only at one end of the grip to strengthen supination through your wrist. Start light, increase as you get stronger. Good weight, super sturdy metal and strap, worth every penny. So, I gave this 5 stars for Overall Rating and 5 stars for Rate Features. I have no idea how to rate this in regards to "Suction Power" which seems like an odd--dangerous even--category under most (but not all) circumstances. Nevertheless, I gave it 5 stars for that, too b/c I assume suction power is somehow a good thing when it comes to this type of product.It's well-built and seems very sturdy. I've only tried it out with the light weights I have at home b/c Sundays are my cheat day for booze and I take that sorta thing pretty seriously. But I can't wait to try it out at the gym on a cable stack. I'm probably the only gym-going male on the planet who hates training arms, but I feel like that's gonna change with this and some other pieces of armwrestling equipment I've purchased recently. The price is surprisingly low compared to other pieces of equipment I've purchased recently, so that's a plus.I'd tell you I'd update you after I've tried it out in the gym but I'm pretty bad at commitment, so suffice it to say I'm pleasantly surprised after 5 high ABV beers.

The grip and webbing looks to be high quality and can handle more weigh than an average person would likely lift. While I do get a decent workout with the device, I’m still not certain if it really provides the right type of training required for arm wrestling. Unless I am using it incorrectly (possible since there was no instruction included), I only feel a workout in my wrist.

Helps your wrist get stronger

I find if difficult to use in different angles and I don't think will use it on certain machines and my grip got better.i will say use for pronation lifting it looks my useful for it.

This handle is totally worth the $ highly recommended
