I love this ice machine. Works so quickly. Pretty quiet and even looks nice on my counter. Great purchase!

It's pretty loud. Think like an electric can opener running all the time. Until the bin gets full, then it shuts off. Or when it runs out of water. It makes great ice, tho. It's small, so doesn't take up lots of counter. Runs several days on a full tank of water. There are two in this house. I use ice in a big insulated cup. Probably two full 20oz. cups every day, and my son probably about the same, so 80oz. per day and there always seems to be a full bin. This ice maker does not have an insulated lid, just a clear plastic lid, so as the ice melts it drains back into the tank and is refrozen. Had this one for several months, thru the heat of summer, and it kept up nicely. Real hard water here, so I fill it with either bottle or water from the fridge door, which is filtered, and haven't had to clean it yet except for after unboxing.

I love the ice maker I am a truck driver so I needed something that would work with my truck and the limited space I have and it works great it fits nicely and doesn't take much space and gives me plenty of ice all day for two people.

Nice countertop ice maker. FIRST on unpacking let it sit for a few hours to allow the refrigerant to settle from shipping. Only issue I encountered is that the "small cube setting" produces very small cubes and the "large cube" setting produces what I'd normally call small to medium cubes but that's the perfect size for me. Very easy to sue, there is storage on the outside for the ice scoop and a drainage plug for cleaning and maintenance. Can't really complain at this price.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. The ice maker worked 3 times and stopped. When I contacted the seller, they made me send a copy of the receipt showing that it wasn't working. And then they wanted me to fix it myself, when I requested a full refund. They never solved the problem, and here I am stuck with a broken ice maker. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT DOESN'T WORK AND THE SELLER ISN'T PROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.

I bought this after having bought a $400 machine that barely lasted a full year. This less expensive machine has been great! It doesn't squeal like the expensive one had and it's been easy to clean. The speed and quality of ice has been wonderful. It's easy to use and makes a decent quantity. It isn't too big or loud. I've had this now for a while and I'm very happy with this product. I even bought my sister one and she loves it too!

Worked great them came home cut it on and it just had a humming noise
