Once it was set up properly I only need the volume on lowish, I bought the bigger speakers thinking the sound was poor but then realised the recesses in the helmet had the speakers slightly behind my ears, once rectified I was amazed at the volume capability

Great device and works really well, 2nd one I purchased and really happy with the sound quality.

The volume is set too low for motorway speed .It’s versatile and easy to use but the volume issue for phone calls is a negative

Was somewhat sceptical this could be as good as suggested for the price. However, it was easy to fit and works brilliantly, couldn't be happier with it.

Been using for a few months now, and I can't find any faults.Pairing is very easy. Set up simple (especially using phone app).Installation was easy and I don't even notice it inside my Arai.Sound quality is superb for Sat Nav, speech, phone and music.FM radio not so easy to use on the go, but I rarely listen to radio anyway.The Bluetooth range always impresses.Very pleased with the purchase.

This product could be very good but the maximum volume is uselessThis is a motorcycle communication system but you cannot hear it over 50 MPHIn my opinion this product is not fit for purpose

I bought this product for a solo trip around Europe, mainly for the radio and music functionality.The radio function is excellent, the music function however was not.It didn’t connect to my phone automatically, I had to manually pair it each time I set off.I also bought this for the phone connection to receive calls so family could check in if needed. This was not good at all.I tested the product before I left and it worked fine when not moving. However, when on the move, this function is terrible. I could hardly hear anyone, in fact I had to stop to receive phone calls, defeating the purpose.After time, the radio function kept losing signal and wouldn’t re tune.It’s the most expensive radio I have ever bought.Handy for satnav prompts and radio, useless for anything else it claims to do.
