Compared to other collagen powders I've bought that were difficult to mix, even with an electric whisk, this is excellent. Dissolves well in cold water and tasteless if mixed with juice or coffee. I mix this into water and add an effervescent multivitamin for a morning drink and there's no bitter/chemical flavour at all. Collagen in general has improved my chronic hip pain that doctors were unable to treat. This will be my go to collagen from now on.

I love this. I bought it to help encourage a shoulder injury from weight lifting. But also have read the benefits it has to the skin. My nails feel stronger already. And as a bonus it is stacked with protein, I think collagen itself is protein so as well as being goos for my joints and skin, it acts as a protein powder which hands down beats the organic pea protein I was taking. In less than 5 minutes it dissolves into a clear liquid and is so much easier to drink than the pea protein I was using! So far I love this, not enough time yet to see any skin improvements but will be buying collagen again and will continue using this. I read your body slowly down the production of this in your 30s so collagen maybe a keeper for me. The flavour is not good and it is not bad, I have tried another collagen product before with a different brand, I don't think any are going to taste delicious, but it's a pretty neutral taste not so difficult to get down you. Collagen products are not the cheapest, but compared with others, this is pretty good value for money and the packaging is more than adequate.

I got this as I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and although I have medication there is still a lot of clicking. I also have got to a certain age where I've noticed a change in skin tone.I've seen ads/infomercials on the internet for collagen and thought I'd give it a go.This brand I noticed, with the discount, is cheaper than the other brands but I read the reviews which on the whole were positive.The package came and was pleased by how big a pack I got. I also saw it could be added to so many things including baking!I decided to add it to my tea and despite what one reviewer said it dissolved completely with very little stirring.The taste - well I didn't taste hair ( like another reviewer claimed ) but I did notice a flavour very similar to protein powders I used to take. Having taken for some time I have noticed that the taste is stronger with less liquid. The directions don't give an amount but have found that 3/4 pint and a level scoop give me no taste when drinking.It's way too early to comment on it's effectiveness which is why it's at 3*. When I have more info I will update.At the moment though with he information I've got I'm not disappointed.I've been on this for a while now and can give an update.I have to say first of all that I have inherited good genes but I looked in the mirror today and apart from a couple of frown lines on the forehead the only other lines I have are a few minor wrinkles at the corners of the eyes - pretty damn good for someone pushing 60. I know plenty of people a good 20 years younger who have far more than me. I didn't look bad before but the skin round my eyes is definitely a lot smoother.My hair also doesn't feel as dry or coarse as it used to.Hopefully with continued use the creping may stop/reverse but I'll have to wait and see.Who knows I may upgrade the review to 5*!

Great item was flavourless which meant I didn't notice it in my coffee in the morning.

Is unflavored and dissolves easily with is good. But has fishy smell which is really awful and is very sticky. Have used other brands which didn't have this smell. Unfortunately will have to put up with smell as bought xl pouch but wouldnt buy again

Great value for money, I've experienced no detrimental affects rather than benefits to skin and having more energy to do things. There is a notable difference in my overall appearance
