Hi, thank you for the question. Yes, it's needed to prep your natural nails well. Removing the cuticles, buff the nail beds to remove the shine, remove any dust or oil or water on your nails. Dehydrator and primer helps for nail prepping but they are nor necessary if you have done other prepping well. Usually it last more than 3 weeks. Hi, thank you for the question. You can use dual forms for polygel to form the gel nails. And you can also use ordinary fake nails. But it may be a little hard to remove the fake nails after curing. So we suggest that you apply a thin layer of cuticle oil on the inside of the fake nails before you use it to mold the gel. And leave a little space on the nail tip so you can grab it to remove the fake nails.
