This is my second purchase of this item. Works well. Should be thoroughly cleaned once a week or it gets slimey. Filters are good for 1 to 2 weeks. Mine runs 24/7. Very quiet and motor is great. We have 4 cats that share two of these fountains. Great price/value compared to competitors.

Easy to set up, you don't really need instructions to do so. The window has a blue light, which is helpful to see the water level and it would help during at night for the kitties. Material is just like a metal dog bowl, sturdy enough. My cat has been drinking from it. Hopefully, this would minimize her need to drink from my bathroom faucet....maybe it's her habit to be curious of what I do when I get ready for work. :)

The media could not be loaded. My cat drinks a lot more water with this fountain! It’s super quiet and I love that it’s super easy to clean. Would have give 5 stars but the tab where the filter goes was extremely hard to open and i nearly snapped it off. Another reason for the 4 stars is because the pan doesn’t snap into place it just sits there and can easily be moved. It has a tab where the wire goes but the bowl itself needs a little cut out so it sits better on the rim in my opinion of course. Aside from those concerns I love it!

I purchased the oneisall cat water fountaing and I love it. I have had other fountains, but they were more cumbersome to clean. This one is so easy to maintain and it is very quiet.I have to commend Sue at oneisall for her fast service when the pump stopped working. The pump was still under warranty and was replaced immediately. Kudos to you.

It is a good water fountain, but after some months it starts to get louder and slow. Parts of it started to rust around the top. I clean it routinely and make sure it’s full, but it can still be loud.

I've owned a few water fountains and this (2L model) is my favorite, by far! Also, their customer service goes way beyond expectation. I worked with Sue and she was awesome! Great communication and excellent service! I recommend anyone who's looking for a pet water fountain to consider Oneisall

When I opened it, I thought it was small. It actually holds a lot of water, enough for four cats for 24 hours.
