Great face mask that has helped me with my blemish scars.

I use this as a toothpaste and its taste and fine texture is well suited for this. My teeth are responding well to the minerals within the clay. They are no longer sensitive to sweet items and the inflammation in parts of my gums has significantly receded. My mouth certainly feels much fresher as a result of using the clay

I wanted this clay for internal detoxification, and the product is not the best I've used. The labelling is confusing, and I'm still not sure if it is food grade or not. Having received the physical package, it does not say food grade, but gives instructions for face masks. It is much heavier and grittier than bentonites I've used before and it seems to sit in the system longer; I will not be re-purchasing. I will be searching for a higher quality product. Actually, I've just found another bentonite for internal use which is half the price (not on amazon). Hopefully this is a good quality clay (we'll see). However to create a full body detoxification we need large quantities; once I find the best quality and cost effective clay, I will add to this review. Clay is a very powerful healing tool which more people need to be aware of , for this reason I am keen to share this info.

I think this clay is amazing. I use this as a internal detox at the moment I cant say much but as face mask is amazing. My skin is so clean and looks amazing gives natural glow after 3 times of using this on my face.
