WOW, if you feel a cold sore coming on: USE THIS ASAP
I'm always trying new gimmicks to help beauty and health, but this might be the best.It helped clear up one after I ordered, then the next time around, I used it as soon as I felt a cold core coming on, and man, did that help prevent it from blistering. I cannot recommend more.
