Works as described!
Has a nice polished feel and look. I like the way it clicks when the 30 lb pressure is reached. It's kinda like an auto nail set punch give to it.

The perfect tamper for my machine.
Really a upgrade. My prevous tapper didnt have the nice audio feedback nor the same spring. This was works perfectly. Such better coffee. Works well with the screen and spreader. Really happy with the combination.

Clicks nice but look isnt right
So this tamper has a nice precision fit and clicks very satisfyingly at approx. 30lbs (according to materials from mfg). I have returned it because ultimately I dislike the wood veneer top, permanently raised edge and white text on tamper base - looks better online than on my counter... IMO the Normcore tamp has a nicer look though probably not as satisfying or ergonomic. This is also on the more expensive end of calibrated tamps but is one of the lower price options ffrom recognized brand with a "click" feature.
