Where do I start? L Steele is one of my favourite authors and has done it again, I love her style of writing. You can feel all the emotions written on the page. I had so many emotions whilst reading this book, from sadness, anger, frustration there’s so many times I wanted to jump in my kindle and give penny a shake. Penny is such a lovely character but at times the way knight treated her and she let him, left me frustrated, he had his own demons to contend with, going through the book we can start to understand his behaviour. If you love spice then this is also the book for you. I also love the little twist at the end..Would definately recommend reading this book.

This book was absolutely brilliant, plenty of spice but also a heartfelt story behind it, gripped me from the beginning and I couldn't put it down.

Excellent book, sorry when I finished it.Knight was a survivor who had been held a prisoner for 6 months, tortured, escaped and arrived back a changed man full of horrors. Abbey is sister was very worried about him as he was isolating himself from family and friends, he is the CEO of the company his father, the chairman of the company since Knight’s return, knight wanted to run the business, that he had already improved, without interference from his father. His sister was trying to help her brother who was working nearly 24/7 by asking her best friend if she would be his personal assistant, both Knight and Penny hated the idea, that’s when the real story started. Another exciting drama, full of fighting, secrets, heartache and recovery.L Steele/ The Wrong wife.

...well not literally. But when he finally gets his altogether he certainly is finally worthy of being called Sir. Until then the douchecanoe deserves the grief he gets from his friends.The fact that he had been through so much makes him more endearing and he's lucky that Penny is so forgiving cos a lesser woman would have dropped him one day one and it would be all his own fault.Lovely HEA with Tiny stealing the show once again!

Hooked from the start with this one ! The tension between Penny & Knight is addicting you want to know more, you need to know more ! The storyline is so good ! You want to shake Knight for what he does in the beginning but love how it all unfolds and the ending well I just never expected that ! 5*****

Loved the spice and the characters. Interesting plot story, felt bad for penny as she just wanted love and finally got it in the end. Easy read some errors but nothing too wild

I loved it, but then I enjoyed and loved all the seven books from Sinclair to Edward, so I will now have to read the rest of this 💕This made me laugh, cry and scream at them to get there act together, but as always Steele knows what she is doing and I hope there will be more of her in the future.Thank you for your lovely and entertaining books 📖

Good premise but ultimately boring. Main fmc Penny was an absolute doormat & just took it because mmc Knight was so handsome (!!). He had a total personality transplant around 85% in & so then it all became ‘perfect’. It just had no interest or drama to it & ultimately it was a struggle to finish.
