Star Wars Sideshow Collectibles 12 Inch Action Figure Imperial Stormtrooper

I'm not sure why the other reviewer is rating the seller as this is NOT the appropriate place, this person should be banned from using Amazon ever again. This Sideshow Stormtrooper is everything you could want in a collectible figure, and looks excellent next to the 1/6 Darth Vader. Very high quality, as just about every Sideshow product seems to be. If I had any qualm it would be that some Sideshow figures seem a bit loose in the knees, but then again they do come with stands to hold them up. But I would prefer if the joints were a little tighter aross the board, in particular the knee joints.

This review is not about the item. All the Sideshow products seem to be great and as advertised. However, GoHastings, the seller on Amazons shared marketplace is deceptive and should be avoided like the plague. Here is my return request to Amazon after receiving NO assistance from the company:1. Item was USED not NEW as advertised. I have taken pictures of the used item (item is in used condition AND item packaging is clearly damaged from a previous owners handling) and will be happy to forward them to you.2. Item was in a used and damaged shipping box with inadequate packaging material.3. NO REFUND has been forthcoming from the company even after phone calls and e-mails requesting a refund.4. Due to their FALSE advertising (USED not NEW product) I want shipping and handing returned also.5. AMAZON should not do business with this company, they have deceptive practices!!!Buy from a different seller.

I've gotten into 12" recently and have been paying ridiculous prices to get the ones I want. I had to have a Stormtrooper guarding my overpriced Darth Vader.I love this figure even though his codpiece is a little undersized. However, what is keeping this figure from 5 stars is that the armor isn't shiny like in the movies. It's dull and non reflective. It's also pretty loose on the body with nothing really keeping it in place other than some elastic for the shoulder pieces. The shoes also have an intentional "dirty" look to them which is not how I remember them being on the Death Star. The body is also more loose than usual, but that is due to the armor body which Sideshow uses for armored figures. His ankles are not very stable and he did fall over on my glass cabinet, in my room, in the middle of the night and scared the crap outta me!Other than those issues he is awesome to behold! He looks badass holding his blaster staring you down with his frowny face. I grossly overpaid for him (but not as much as he was going for on ebay) and I'm very happy to have him. Sideshow did an excellent job.
