Taste good
When I am hungry at night I make one of these. They take the hunger edge off but does not last for long but long enough to get me to bed without eating junk. I like the taste of it. I make the shake with water and ice so that it is more like an ALBA shake. These are also nice when I want a milk shake but not all the calories. I have only had them as shakes so I have no idea how they are as pudding.
