As long as you're consistent on use it works. I noticed almost immediately on my 2nd day. My stomach went down.

Okay, I am very woo woo as I am a holistic wellness coach. I am always trying all of the new wellness trends. This is one I will be keeping in my evening routine. After reading about all of the benefits of oil packs I was in. The biggest benefits I experienced (remember everyone’s body is different and can have different reactions) was my sleep quality improved significantly. I slept so so deep when I slept with my oil pack. I will say the first few times you can feel your body detoxing and can feel a little under the weather. I would recommend easing into this. Try once a week until your body gets use to it and then you can increase from there. Hope this helps :)

Castor oil packs are excellent for health and overall wellbeing. I have loved using mine over my liver to detox at night. I sleep well on night I use the pack and have so much energy the next day. Highly recommend everyone trying it!

I purchased this castor oil on August 31st and received it the next day. I used it 5 times from September 1st to September 10th and didn't feel much. However, I didn't expect that after using it today, my skin quickly developed a large area of redness, which was very itchy and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted my family doctor and diagnosed it as a serious skin allergy. Fortunately, I received timely treatment and the condition has not worsened and has been effectively controlled.Doctors suspect that this castor oil is not naturally organic, but is mixed with cheap chemical reagents. This is murder! It's too despicable. I will definitely purchase organic essential oils certified by the US Department of Agriculture.I must expose this scammer to prevent more consumers from being harmed.
