I love Perform! I was on the hunt for something that can help boost my endurance during workouts now that I went back to the gym. After taking this product for almost 30 days I have noticed a huge boost in my muscle performance and my concentration is at an all time high. I even notice a little bit more strength already! I have been struggling with brain fog and even like to use it as a mid-day pick me up, on my days off from the gym, and especially when I am working on demanding work projects. I like that it’s easy to use and I can easily add it to my hydro flask or water bottle. I just started putting it into my breakfast smoothies too!! I’m excited to try the other flavors and so far the Blue Razz flavor is the way to go!!! Just bought my second jar. Highly recommended!

I weight train three (3) days/week. I also bike, swim, Pilates, and other fitness activity. I put A LOT of effort into maintaining fitness levels. This past year, I added a single supplement (Creatine) to my diet and realized both increased strength gains and decreased recovery time. This taught me that my fitness outcomes can be increased with seemingly minor changes.I also eat a primarily plant-based diet. I do eat some meat, but generally very low comparatively. I spend time to ensure I get balanced and complete protein. I have chosen to add an amino acid complex to supplement and ensure sufficient and total amino acid balance for recovery. I now realize that perhaps aminos are best part of your pre-workout regime as opposed to post-workout regime? To my mind, that is timing; the key is getting the right stuff to start with.This supplement provides all nine (9) Essential Amino Acids (EAA) although at unknown doses of each (correct proportion?). This also includes Creatine, again with an unknown dosage and probably duplicative to a Creatine you already stack with and may desire to reduce due to getting it twice now? And last, it contains caffeine, which affects Creatine absorption. The flavor is artificially sweet (stevia) but not terribly offensive and pretty typical of amino supplements.

I bought it on a recommendation. I liked the product and it seemed to work well. However, when I went to purchase another jar I got sticker shock. They jacked up the price a ton. I didn’t like it that much. Going to look for alternatives. 😡

I recently started using PERFORM for my workouts and I love it!!! I started working out last year and I realized that my muscles were sore and I was really tired after my workouts which affected my work and daily life. I am glad that I found PERFORM which has improved my endurance and reduced my muscle fatigue during my workouts. It even boosts my mental clarity which is a surprise for me!

I originally purchased this item directly from the company's website and tried 2 bottles. I was looking to give this item another try as it is expensive. I found a great price on Amazon and made my purchase. Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print. Upon receipt of this bottle of perform, I cracked it open and took a scoop before a workout. The taste was off and a little bitter. I assumed it was due to shipping and contents settled and needed a shake. I tried a scoop the next day and shook the bottle before taking a scoop. Same issue. I looked on Amazon to try returning the bottle and returns are not accepted. I also emailed the company directly to see if they would consider exchanging my bottle. There has been no reply.In my opinion, the Amino Company does not stand behind their product. To top things off, this item is severely over-priced.

This product is way overpriced for what it is.

Great product, mixes well and the grape is the bomb!
