I’ve tried several sugar free shredded coconut from the grocery but they were were very dry and tasted terrible. This is great; moist and delicious. I use it in baking and in toppings, even my warm cereals. If you love coconut but want to avoid sugar, try it, I think you’ll be pleased

I already knew this product was good but not until I had a serious, sudden onset, magnesium deficiency from a medication I was taking, just how good it is for you. Fortunately I had some in my cupboard as I'm 100 miles from medical help. I looked up the benefits of organic coconut and was very impressed. Never under estimate the power of organic coconut. I had no idea it was so good for me, including, weight loss because it fills you up and stays with you longer, curbing cravings because it's actually feeding you what your body needs. Snacking on it thru the day the dizziness, muscle cramps, shakiness, etc. from my magnesium depletion, quelled.
