Replaced a very large office desk, I was trying to save actual floor space without loosing much desk space. I think this worked. I have a lot of projects, crafts and stuff.The desk seems surprisingly sturdy. I wouldn’t stand on it (like I did my old desk to reach stuff) but I did put a rather heavy older laser printer on the file folder side and it holds it fine. It hangs over but it is a very large (heavy) printer and didn’t think it would fit anyway so it’s a plus.For being fake wood or laminated “stuff” it looks really nice. I really love the color. I haven’t scratched it yet but I am careful.One of the things to keep in mind is when it gave measurements in describing the desk the width measured include the top shelf separately but looked like it was just over the desk itself but after following instructions properly you realize it hangs off the back a few inches. This is something I think some people were saying was an issue when putting this shelf on. They thought it lined up even on top of the desk (which would align the metal shelf support over a plug and make the depth only the size of desk) but the shelf does not end at end of desk. See picture with tape measure showing hang over the back. This ads 3 inches to the depth of the desk. Personally I preferred it once I set desk up because it gives just enough space for cords and stuff off the back of main desk but the top shelf is snug to wall.The light strip is a nice add on but not something I have used much except to play with when I set it up. You can link to your phone so it was easy. They are out of the way and probably useful for extra light but I have extra lighting in my office so it wasn’t a selling point but it does any color you can think of.I love having everything off the ground. My tower fit great and left enough room for my base speaker on the shelf above it. (Adjustable height on shelf above tower)The filing cabinet is much smaller than my regular office drawers were but I expected it and condensed some items. It would have been nice if the file hangers were 1/4 inch longer. I had to put clips to prevent folder from falling off and I can see someone being upset by it but I figured out a fix. See picture for solve if you need.The file drawer has a holding fit close. I thought it was a defect but really it is to prevent the drawer from opening to easy so it requires a good push to close and a tug to open. This could be an adjustment if you open frequently. Top drawer just normal closure.I am on the short side (5’1”) and still use a small step for my feet but I have plenty of leg room to fit step and is very nice. Actually more room than my older desk, not sure how that worked out but it did.It has taken some getting use to with the monitors being so much higher and my neck would get soar looking up m, but after time it has been easier and I wanted them higher so this is a good thing.The hardest part of any new desk is the entire moving your computer stuff. I wish there was some sort of back on this to hide cords but it is what it is. If you wanted it not against a wall, say just in middle of room, which I used to do, this may be something to figure out. I could figure something out I guess but they do stay out of the way so it is just aesthetics rather than function.I shopped around for a while for the right desk for me and I would recommend this desk. I think it is great.

The desk is very sturdy and seems like it will be durable for a quite a long time. The materials do not seem flimsy or cheap for the price. It came with all the required screws and tools, and even some extra just in case. It was pretty complicated to put together and it took me quite a while, but there were no issues with misalignment or poorly drilled holes, it is just a lot of pieces. The directions were easy to understand as long as you read and look at the pictures as well to make sure you have the pieces orientated correctly, if you do not the pieces will not line up. I was able to put it together in one go without having to redo anything after double checking I had everything in the correct position before every step. Once it was together though, it is a great piece, and I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to follow the directions completely. If you can do that, you will end up with a true-to-picture, well-made desk.

I searched for months trying to find a desk that had a keyboard drawer, side drawers and shelves, but didn't take up my whole craft room. This desk came with everything you need to put it together (including wood glue for added support!) tools and a whole package of extra pieces. It is extremely sturdy and while it is long, the depth is perfect. I have my laptop, 2 monitors, a sound bar, a mixer, a mic with boom arm, a tablet w/ keyboard, a printer, and my keyboard and mouse, and everything fits perfectly with plenty of room for me to add things on the desk. I did add an laptop/monitor arm to the raised shelf to move the laptop over so I could use it as a 3rd monitor but the arm fit perfectly on the shelf. Lots of storage space in the drawers. The additional plugs are a lifesaver. The lighting is very customizable and the app is easy to use. I highly recommend!!!

First, assembling this will take time! I did it by myself in a small space and it took hours. Lots of parts and pieces however the instructions are good and easy to follow. I love the end result. It is functional, attractive and sturdy. The is no wobbling or unevenness. The only thing I don't like is the stiffness of the roll out keyboard tray. I checked to make sure I had assembled it correctly, I had. It does not roll out easily of smoothly. I have to pull it out with some effort.

The packaging looked very suspect with tons of extra tape and looked like the box was beaten up. HOWEVER, the pieces were well packaged. The carrier dropped the box on a bush and 2 branches pierced the box. Again, however, nothing was damaged. (Carrier left on bush/lawn that's how I knew what happened and why there were 2 small branches sticking out of box).All parts were labeled (except 1 which the sticker might have fallen off as I removed parts).The directions were overall decent. Only 1 step was I unsure what to do. The rest were very well pictured.All parts were in perfect shape and there was the correct number (PLUS a bag of extra parts labeled extra which was not needed but really a nice touch). Holes did line up as needed.Putting together took me 3 hours by myself (likely would have taken a ton less time with 2 or more people).I'm not great at putting things together and the desk came together well. Overall, the assembly process was not too tough. Desk is what we expected and is sturdy. The LCD lights are nice. Price very reasonable.I won't take off for the issue I have with the carrier as that is not manufacturers fault. Giving 5 stars because I wanted to give 4.5 stars and I rounded up.Not perfect but excellent. Would buy again.
