It's fluffy and comfy
My son said that it was to fluffy in putting it together. You going to need two people to put together. He did it by himself. But he is 6"2. It sure is fluffy. It is comfortable, but not for long use. The chair looks real nice. Mine is gray, love it. I have another lift chair in my living area. This one is for my room. I paid way more for the one in the living room, soThe quality is better. The lift part is different. But for the price I paid and I got it on sale. This Is chairs good. I'm under the weight requirement, but I am 300 pounds. So to me, it's sturdy for my weight. My height is 5'6.I would recommend

Instruction are in the arm of the chair.
It came in three boxes. One had very minor damage, but that was shipping - not manufacturing. NO BIGGIE!In my ignorance, The skin or surface is made out of plastic - leather like material. So be careful when you are tired and have something in your pockets. Looks to have a good cotton backing to it. Wire connection are straight forward and they are made NOT to be confusing.Depending on your ability and strength you might need a second person to help you put it together. (I live alone so I think about that).INSTRUCTION ARE IN THE ARM GUYS. The LACK of it bothered me a lot until they fell out as I was checking things out.It is study, strong ( I am 6-2 at 350 with knees not liking me now). I have not tried the heating part. But the messuage is rather good. It even has 15, 30 and 45 minute timer on the thing. very cool.Love going to sleep every night as my backside and lower back melts into my socks. The lift part of it works very well, but seems to max out at my size (or length of foot to knees). Anyone taller/longer will have to put more effort to standing up. --{Effort does NOT mean more pain, but the strain of the movement}- -.

Good quality for the price
We bought this to have at our home when my father-in-law comes to visit. He has a difficult time standing up from a regular chair, and this works well. It's also a comfortable recliner. We got the dark gray, and it fits well with the rest of our decor. The material seems to be good quality, and we've had no problems with it so far. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the buttons to raise and lower it are on the side of the chair instead of on a remote. I feel like it would've been more functional for him if he had had a remote without having to stretch over the side of the chair. With that being said, the chair does work well and there were no other issues with it. It comes in three large boxes and is pretty easy to assemble.

poorly designed back..broke after 2 days
Box 1 and 2 arrived one day via ups. Box 3 arrived 2 days later. Arm pieces did not slide in completely but with a little squirter of silicone lubricant slipped in tight. Back seated easily after applying foot stabilizers. Worked perfectly for 2 days then when reclining heard a pop and part of back brace snapped in half.. causing back to lean. Appears to be above metal slots... feels like wood support... Poor quality.. I weigh 280. Might try and repair with an angle iron and some glued wood block... otherwise useless. shouldn't have to do this. Return is almost impossible... live in remote Alaska..limited UPS... boxes already cut up and recycled because so big

This is the most comfortable lift chair
I use this lift chair everyday for 12 hours on average with back problems, hip dysplasia, neck pain, metal in my leg, etc and usually I can't get comfy but this lift chair is like a retreat for my body. I use a pillow attached to the back of the chair, along with a wrap around neck pillow and a lumbar pillow that I always use no matter where I'm sitting and I have a nice cover on it because I didn't want my dog to scratch it upI will say that it is not fake leather but more of a soft leather like fabric. The support in this lift chair is so nice and the heat works AMAZINGLY well but the vibration is somewhat weak however sometimes it is kind of nice to use. I also use 2 bed pillows for my legs and just love this lift chair. It is nice and big but not too big. The side controller with USB charging port works wonderful. It is great for use with smaller devices like Bluetooth headphones, cell phone, tablet... but not for bigger items.Overall this was an amazing investment and I'm not ever giving it up!

Decent lift chair, poor massage chair
1) missing part2) easy assembly, but need a couple people3) soft fabric, decent padding and confort4) poor massage5) needs a lot of space to recline- The chair arrived a couple of days early in three boxes. Upon opening, I discovered the stabilizing feet were not in the box (the very first step in the assembly instructions). I decided to put it together anyway as my husband had just come home for a rehab hospital for a broken pelvis/back.- It went together pretty easily but it did take three of us to hold the fabric back and try to align the parts. I tested it out and decided it’s plenty stable without the little “feet”.-The chair looks good and is fairly comfortable. -The massage feature is just some mild vibrations, though. It’s nothing like the massage chairs at the nail salon. This is more like sitting on an idling motorcycle wrapped in padding and fabric. It’s also about as noisy lol-Luckily I bought it more for the lift feature which works fine, BUT I think that’s where the little stabilizer feet would be needed.- I ended up putting this in a corner rather than against the wall where I planned because it needs to be a couple of feet away from the wall to fully recline. Plus all the wires are an eyesore , so the bigger helps hide all that mess.

The darn thing is comfy!
When I get up the doggie tries to take this chair over! The elevator function comes in very handy if you're injured/recuperating from something or elderly. So we bought a second one for Grandma! Good price, easy to assemble, looks good in the "media room". The heat function is nice. The massage settings are good entertainment! You can take a good nap in it. The only thing remaining to be seen is how long it works!
