Simple and effective in supporting 24 volt passive devices from IEEE 802.3af device
I bought a Ubiquiti Switch - US‑8‑60W which came only with 48 volts af POE, the 150W version can support 24 volt devices, but not the 60W. I had an old Ubiquiti Wifi Access point - passive 24 volts and needed a converter. Found this and it arrived the next day. Two RJ sockets either end of the device. Simply plugged the 802.3af switch into one side, and the access point into the other. Sockets were nice and tight so the plugs don't move around. And up it came, switch recognised the adaptor and the access point powered up.The device is small too and generates next to no heat. A life saver. And thanks to NetXL who were so fast in delivery.

Great to reduce unnecessary extra power supplies for Ubiquiti equipment.
Purchased to power a Ubiquiti Nanobeam NBE-5AC-GEN2 (24v passive POE) from a UBIQUITI US-16-60W (provides 802.3af POE only). Works great and enables me to reset the nanobeam from the attached switch rather than having to physically go to the nanobeam.

Works fine with TP-LINK EAP110
I used this to connect a802.3af POE switch to an existing TP-LINK EE110 access point which uses 24V passive POE. Works fine and allowed me to ditch a power cord and injector.Works as described.
