I have just received the product and have checked and used for defects. It is absolutely amazing. Received it scratch free in a well cushioned wooden box. The edges are of perfect width to use for face sculpting. If a customer ends up brusing his or her face, it will be because of wrong techniques and not this tool. This tool is perfectly fine. I just hope it's real stainless steel and it doesn't rust over time.

The product is really nice but I ordered 3 Gua’sha but only received 1 so beware of their scam

I prefer stone guashas, however, I bought this for the sole purpose of me not having to deal with the product shattering when my clumzy self drops it on the floor. All in all it works fine, it's heavy and shatter proof.
