The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T.This product contains a Macca extract that is quite strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. Unlike my normal Macca Brand, this one does not also contain Panax Ginseng and Black Pepper to aid absorption. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 8 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

I have been using this every day for about a week and I personally have not felt any effect from it.However to each their own, this could work for you, I'm not sure of the science behind it. Reddit seems to support it.The bottle is fairly attractive, and the pills are easy to swallow.Each pill is 33p, you can get a whole Tesco basic garlic bread baguette for 32p and I think that would be a better use of your money

So there are 60 capsules, they in the transparent capsule where you can see the sawdust like powder inside the capsule.I have had not problems swallowing my capsules and so far no adverse effects.I feel fine and can only assume that the Maca root is doing its thing

I take Maca root supplements for my PCOS and also to help with libido which was affected due to a strong medication I was put on.It comes with 60 and the dose is 1 - 2 capsules...I have been taking 2 and so it will only last one month. At the current price it is quite an investment. As I take other supplements I would not be able to afford to purchase this monthly.That being said this works. It is good. Although I have not yet noticed a difference in my energy or hormones it has helped with my libido only after taking it for a few days which is a sign that the ingredients are of a high quality.The capsules are small and easy to swallow. There was no strong taste.If you are able to invest on this monthly I absolutely would recommend!
