Q: Does it have aux output

Yes, the clip mp3 player has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Q: I bought this to listen to audiobooks, but after downloading the files play in reverse order, for example part 5 instead of part 1 How do you change?

You might have to run a program called fat sorter on the memory card while it is in the device. That will usually put things in proper order. I'm not 100% sure about audiobooks though.

Q: How do I download songs?

Use the USB-C to connect the player to your computer. Drag-drop or copy-paste the .mp3 files into the appropriate folders. If you want to move them off your player, do the same but in reverse.

Q: Does this support playlists?

Yes it does. Go to the Music screen and scroll down until you see “Playlists”. There’s nothing in the instructions booklet about it.
