I bought this fan because I knew the brand very well having purchased 3 of their air purifiers so knew the quality.As we have quite a large bedroom I opted for the 42 inch as it would cover further being taller. We have put this fan to one side of the room and it easily covers the whole room.As for being quiet enough to sleep with that is not a problem at all. Last few nights we have had it on level 3 with the sleep mode activated so the display lights are off.We cannot hear it but can certainly feel the cool air. It has great features such as automatic mode that will increase/decrease the flow according to the fluctuating temperatures.Not even got this on our Dyson fan that cost 3 times as much. Also the turbo feature is excellent as it cools the room quickly and drops down with the temperature.Yes you can buy blameless fans for less. But in my opinion this is well worth the bit extra as it is not only well built, quiet and very efficient it is also “ non juddery “ when oscillating which is something that cheaper fans tend to do. Give it a try.

Just what I wanted, nice and quiet on low speeds. Turn it up high and it is noisy but it really shifts some air. The side to side oscillation is good if I need it, but the up and down is not impressive, the movement of the adjuster is such a small amount that fine adjustment isn't possible. I love the sleep mode, doesn't make me sleep but it is quiet and cooling.I'm very impressed so far, time will tell. Will it develop a rattle or other noises? Who knows, until then I'm enjoying a cooler bedroom.

Been using this fan since last year. It's not heavy for its size but solidly built and looks good while being unobtrusive. Good features like sleep function too. Above all is its quiet operation. Sure it's louder on higher settings but even then it's not intrusive, and I've rarely had to use it above the lower settings anyway. It keeps me cool in a medium sized room effortlessly.This is because it does help you cool down with a steady wall of air. It won't cool a room like a/c but it will cool you!Another great feature is you can control the horizontal direction of flow too - if you have a dog like me they can share in the cooling effect because with the flow fully down so it points at the floor (dog), the unit is tall enough to still cool me if I'm sitting or lying down on furniture.I did have a technical issue with it recently but Levoit's customer support was very efficient and resolved in days. Great customer service from Chem.Would happily recommend this brand and fan.

This is a big, beautiful fan for those hot, hot days and nights.Got this as a help for cooling the house in the summer and am very happy with its effectiveness.It is very easy to get to grips with and has some useful options.The available modes are a nice touch, especially the nighttime/quiet mode and automated mode. I have made a lot of use with these.There may be fancier fans out there, but this one has certainly ticked every box for me.

My trusty old tower fan died after many years of life and the search for something comparable was really difficult. In the process I've tried £300+ fans from major brands and been underwhelmed, I wanted something that offered all the essentials without paying the huge price tag.This fan is beautifully silent, bladeless and has loads of features. The coverage area is great and easily covers a large room. The ability to adjust wind direction is a cool feature that's great for when you are laying down.The remote is great and came with a battery, seems to work from quite far away too.There is also a temperature on display so you can complain about how crazy the temperatures are compared to 'back in my day' while you're cooled in complete silent bliss.I'm really impressed with this fan and for the price it's a steal. I can't speak for reliability as I haven't had it long but will update after summer when it's been battered by the UK heatwaves.
