Recommended by my healthcare physician. This is probably my 3rd or 4th bottle. It doesn't mess with my stomach and it is supposed to help with my sleep. The BisGlycinate is the important addition to the magnesium per my physician. I guess it helps you to absorb the magnesium???

I take a capsule before bed and my sleep has increased dramatically, from 6-8 hrs! Even if I wake up to use the bathroom, I can get back to sleep, something that wasn’t happening before!

Update: as my girlfriend and I did not like it, my mother-in-law decided to use it and the truth is that she loves it, she says it is better than other magnesiums she has taken, she is 65 years old and it helps her a lot with her sleep and body aches. That's how it is many times what we don't like others do super well, so I change my review because she likes it a lot.They sell it to you as byscoicinate magnesium but it is not, my girlfriend has an allergy to her face and I don't sleep as I usually do with other magnesium, I bought this for a change of product but it was very bad for us. My opinion, read the label on the back very well.

Unusable. Arrived with a hole in the side — compromising the entire bottle. Disappointing.
