great knife. holds a good edge. has a little more weight then your normal knife but you get use to it fast enough.

Gave it as a gift and they loved it. Nice quality, heavy duty knife.

This is a very solid knife. I love it’s construction and heft. It arrived sharp enough to shave hair off one’s arm (My boys and I tested it) but it quickly lost its edge after cutting some boneless chicken thighs. I am handy with a sharpener and did put a more suitable edge on it and now it’s my go-to knife for processing stuff for dinner. Stars off because I doubt most have the tools or experience to sharpen it.

I barely took this knife out of the packaging and immediately cut myself deep enough that it took a day to stop bleeding. I returned it the next day. If you're looking for an ultra sharp knife and know what you're doing then this is the knife for you! LOL!

Great knife. Had a nice edge but not all that sharp. Took a couple hours to sharpen it, but not that I can shave with it. I doubt it will ever dull!!! Love it!!!

The core and the handles are not fully aligned so it does not feel perfectly smooth in your grip.Otherwise it looks nice and the weight is great.
