Soft and comfortable, not too bulky or obtrusive and not just for travelling - good if you are prone to falling asleep on the sofa in the evening and waking up with a stiff neck, works a treat!

The product works as described, however I found it very incompatible with some seats on public transportation(buses, coaches, cars and aircraft). It's fairly comfortable but is thin enough that vibrations and impacts will be felt clearly through the material.

Very comfy, warm, memory foam neck cushion with concealed hood, clasp and toggle to tighten up if required.Concealed hood blocks light well and is easy to fold up and put away.Bought for travelling but use this fairly often at home whilst chilling watching tv!Good purchase ,high quality, would buy again, recommended.

The product as such isn't too bad and quite comfortable as well. Would have given more stars but putting it back into the carry pouch provided is a challenge and it takes up space. Would have preferred if it was a bit more firm and provide more support to sides.Overall the product is good though but if the above points had been addressed, this would have been a winner no doubt.

The hood is great for blocking out the light. Soft yet firm around your neck. Great size and easy to pack but it’s a little bulky although that’s to be expected with foam. Great value for money. I bought one for my husband a myself and one more as a gift.

I’ve used the lite weight polyethylene ones and they just don’t work, just a flimsy neck pad.This one is memory foam and is very comfortable it’s also firm and does hold up your head preventing the horrid neck ache. It has a hood and it does cover the eyes so you can have it pitch dark for day time sleeps.The pull cords fell useless but does hold the ends together enough for comfort and tight like a neck tie.Ive already unzipped and machine wash it and it’s easy to remove and put back the cover.I’m very happy with this, only wish I could pack it up smaller and then carry pouch could be smaller.Its main purpose I brought this for is 100% successfully completed with merits, it’s so comfortable and zero neck ache. So good. Just wish it was a little bit more portable. Great price.9/11/24 update I have tried two other brands and they don’t cut it. This is the most comfortable neck pillow I have tested. And for the price it’s really best there is.
