I did have a problem with my first unit, but they replaced it without a problem. The ByEasy Hub works great. The company has great customer service. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of this unit and all of its capabilities.

My only complaint is that rather than being shipped in a protective box, it was shipped in its marketing box, without even extra sealing, just the two tape circles allied to two sides. When it arrived the box was badly dented, and I worried about the state of the Tablet stand. This accounts for the 4-star rather than 5-star. rating.Fortunately, the internal form padding protected the stand. The setup was simple, which is always good. A double-ended USB C cable was included, but no charge block. I plugged the Tablet stand into a power block and it is charging my Galaxy Tab S8 with no issue. The HDMI connection works without issue. I'd never connected my S8 to a monitor before and was surprised to see just how clear the image is. The Card Readers (Both SD and Micro SD) works without issue, and the USB A ports accepted a parir of Thumbdrives as if they had always been there.all in all, a great addition to my desktop. Highly recommended, especially if they start packing it better.

I love this product as I can truly make my iPad Pro a desktop computer by adding a secondary monitor, mouse, keypad, usb port. It can now do everything that I had using my windows laptop computer but the IPad is so much easier to use and connects and syncs with my Apple phone. You can’t get anything better than this! Awesome product!!!!

This item is super useful and convenient, good price, quality material. Definitely worth the buy!

The unit looks great, and it has a lot of features.I have not tested the USB ports, but I can tell you the Power Delivery port is not a true PD.I have went though 2 units to test this, and both units are reporting on all my devices that there is a malfunction in the port.I have tested it on an Anker 100W PD, and a Dell 65W PD.Results are the same, view picture for more details.I have tested with the cable provided, and with my expensive thick 100W capable cable as well, both have my device reporting that the the port is bad.Will i return it?Probably not, i'll keep this one as the base is solid, and it looks nice.Also one without the amount of ports will probably only cost a few dollars cheaper.Is it worth the full listed price.... no... i bought it on discount so that's the only reason i am keeping it with its bad port.But i think i will be uncomfortable connecting any of my devices to that port unless its a battery pack or something i won't get too sad if it frys.

I’m able to keep my iPad Pro fully charged as well as full ability to connect my external monitor and mic as well as external SSD hard drive without worrying about solid connectivity and full functionality of all of my connected devices.You won’t regret buying this!
