It is what it is. A simple rather old fashioned clock. However, it is described as having a loud alarm which was something of a disappointment. It is no louder than that in the clock which I binned to buy this.

I bought this for my mother who is 72 years old. Clock works fine however the alarm tone is too quiet for her to hear. So as an alarm clock in this case it’s not very good because it won’t wake her up.For those younger folk I’m sure it’s a cheap and reliable clock.

I bought this alarm clock mainly because it’s simple easy to use and NON TICKING.This alarm clock most definitely TICKS rather loudly in a quiet bedroom, absolutely useless I gave it to my mother who can’t hear it because she takes her HEARING AIDS out before going to bed.
