I own this product (didn't buy through Amazon) and it's fantastic. A little goes a LONG way. You only need one cosmetic spoon-ful of this, maybe even just half, for it to cover your whole face. I even briefly used it as a summertime body lotion to get glowy shoulders and legs (It's also gentle enough to use on other places after removing hair... but sssh don't say I told you that).For the record I have combination skin that can go from sahara dry spells to so oily it looks-like-I-dived-in-a-bucket-of-fried-chicken spells. When my skin is having a dry moment, this pink water creme gives me a dewy glow all day. After cleansing, it helps keep my skin supple and elastic.If you get dry during the winter, use this once in the morning and you're set until bedtime.The consistency is like yogurt. It is about 97% opaque, more like a beautiful frosted glass. The scent is VERY subtle and light. It smells a bit like rose water with a hint of watermelon.Does it make skin soft? Yes. You know that feeling when you wash your face, and your skin feels smooth even before exfoliating? That's what these products do. They definitely prevent dead skin from drying up and getting crispy.If you have money, buy it. The packaging is gorgeous- cute enough to save to use for other things after the product is finished. This is the major selling point for me; I can reuse the container for products that come in containers I don't like as much, like tubes and pumps.Skincare is definitely a hobby and not a science. These products are not medicine. If it's worth it for the enjoyment of pampering yourself, get it. If you're saving up or don't have excess funds lying around, do not spend your money on this. I only buy these products when I have disposable income. I have used this product before, but this one was damaged; the ingredients had separated and it was like a thin soup. It must have been in a hot environment at some point. Won’t be repurchasing this product from Amazon again, but direct from manufacturer.

Im sooo disappointed. I bought the toner and it's very nice, it works with my skin- I'm not even going to use this on my skin because it's so bad already.1. When I was unwrapping it from it's plastic wrap - it was wet. Yes, wet. It was leaking already.2. The top had a sticky substance on it (I'm assuming from some kind of tape... I hope)3. It was, SO liquidity. I took off the white protective layer (there was product on top of it, so yes it leaked) and it spilled out and into my sink. It was like a melted lotion had been stirred in with water.4. I put the lid on and shook it for a WHILE and even then it was like a melted lotion.5. Smells HORRIBLE. Im a sucker for anything watermelon and this smelled like a chemically produced smell of rotten peas.6. It hasn't even been a minute since when I shook it up, and the mix is already separating.I wanted to buy this as my friend got hers from Walmart. she bought it 3 weeks ago.1. Hers is bigger2. It smells GREAT3. The color of hers is white (mine is pink?)4. Hers was very thick, there's no way to put it other than that it was NO WHERE and watery as mine.I'm confused as to why hers which she bought recently is a much a better product than mine. It came from the same place, didn't it? I do NOT recommend this product at all! If I'm sent a replacement and it's much better quality (similar to my friends) then I'll change my review. But as of right now, you'd probably be better off buying lotion from the dollar store.

Definitely liked this product nothing really wrong with it but I found that thicker moisturizers work better than water based ones as there super thin, smelled really great and I went through two jars before switching to something else. Cerave is just a classic and a lot more product for cheaper and way thicker.

This has been my absolute favorite moisturizer and have been using since original release. But oh man- I think they changed the formula. The consistency is not as thick, and yet it feels heavier on skin and not as dewy. the scent is not as sweet and pleasant- definite chemically smell now. Still works ok, but not the same as the original hello kitty pink water crème with the rose gold lid. Won’t be buying again… time to find a new moisturizer 😔
