Fits. Very good and give you good support and works very well when you walk and give good quality and stability lizes you knee. Would recommend mind it to anyone having knee issues and pain. When you order check your invoice for the discount amazon did not place it on my order, call and no help from customer support.

Fits nicely and would be 5 stars but the Velcro does not stay put very well on the main straps. It’s highly supportive and fits exactly as described and with the additional straps to fine tune the fit it’s extremely comfortable to wear all day. It’s high quality material that’s not thin nor flimsy and the hinges are very supportive and durable. It has a nice range of movement front to back and for the item it doesn’t weigh a whole lot.

While I can't judge long-term durability yet, this Neenca ACE-42 brace has been everything I'm looking for to stabilize my knee during sports. With a slightly torn meniscus, I was looking for a well-made hinged brace to support my knee and prevent any painful twisting/wrenching. The padded 'donut' hole supports the patella well, and the hinges provide just enough resistance to twisting. Note their sizing seems to run a bit small -- I measured per their instructions, but still had to return my 1st purchase and replace with one size larger. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

Well made, padding is firm and comfortable, it fit well using the sizing instructions, Velcro holds exceptionally well and the brace is solidly built.This brace has been a game changer for my left knee.I tore my meniscus and had partial ACL/MCL tears in 2009 followed by surgery. 14 years later, I’m paying the price and need extra support at the gym and while running around.I’ve been getting cortisone shots and my left knee just keeps getting worse. When this brace arrived, I decided to lash it on tight and rehab the knee with various cable and free weight machines. My knee could not hurt any more, I had nothing to lose.Within 4 weeks, I went from a leg press weight of 60 pounds to 240 pounds and 80% of my knee pain is gone and strength is improving with each workout.I was a Donjoy user for a long time but their Velcro is poor and their braces are confusing and overpriced. This brand is better made, more comfortable and lower priced.The only addition that would make this brace perfect would be if it included an under sleeve that goes between the skin and this brace. That’s an ala carte purchase with this brace.Overall, this brace works great and helps me during the day. I’m hoping it can help me delay a knee replacement. Wishful thinking on my part. Hope that helps!

The fit on the thigh and calf was fantastic. But there was so much extra space around the knee, except when my leg is completely bent, that it’s completely ineffective. It seems well made, though. I’m disappointed that I have to return it.

This product is great!!! I received the product and it was a little snug but the good thing is that the company was easy to get a hold of and fix my problem. They sent me a larger size right away and its so much more comfortable to wear. This brace has the support I need and relieved the pain that I was having all while it made it easy for me to move around freely. This was recommended to be by a friend of mine who had purchased this and he let me try his for a couple of days since he had several of these braces. This is the best product that I have found so far.

This Neenca knee brace is very comfortable and easily fit my knees that becomes swollen and hurts since I have no cartridge between my knees, just bone on bone and when the bones seizes together it is really painful.This knee brace is awesome and easy to put on and it feels good around my knee

Strained my left knee and my normal compression type sleeve support wasn't cutting it. I ordered this and was happy to get it later that night. I used it the next day at work, 12 hour shift with a lot of walking and going up and down stairs. Although maybe a tad bulky i don't see any way to streamline it without losing features or support. I'm actually wearing it now and overall its pretty decent. I'm walking better instead of compensating and irritating my back.As far as build quality, everything looks well stitched, the hardware is doing its job. The velcro and straps are good thus far.I'm 5'8" and 275ish so i got the xxxl per sizing chart, perfect fit! I can wear this all day at work and don't need to adjust it at all. I do wish it had some silicone type grippy stuff at the inner top of the sleeve, but the straps do a decent enough job to keep it in place.Maybe a little bulky for some, but this brace gives plenty of support and with it comes confidence of movement without straining your knee even more.Price is on point for product and quality is great. Highly recommended.
