I have bought a few of these packs, the strawberry is very tasty and when I go to festivals it helps with how heavily tainted with iron/heavy minerals the free water they provide contains. works great before a workout or during a beach day as well as being a great cure for the occasional hangover

These are decent for the price. If you’re looking for a strong strawberry flavor these will not be it.The flavor is subtle but good. Liquid iv is still better but if you can’t justify the $25 price you won’t be disappointed with this lower priced option. I would buy these Again ONLY if price was an issue if not then go for the other more expensive flavorful options.

I got the variety pack for the first time and they taste so good. I add it to my 30 ounce water bottle and had plenty of flavor. It’s hard for me to drink just plain water but this helps and keeps me hydrated. Great for the money too.

This is a good product. After being outside and perspiring in the Florida weather this is a definite pick me up. The electrolyte replacement definitely helps prevent cramping from dehydration . It tastes good dissolves easily and is very effective.

Currently breastfeeding/pumping and am pretty dehydrated everyday. I’ve tried several brands of powdered hydration packets and found that this brand works the least for me. I take a packet a day and still wake up with dehydration headaches (compared to other brands like liquid iv or ultimata).
