A friend recently told me of many acquaintances in their 80s who had experienced dehydration incidents, many serious. Having just turned 80, this resonated since I had recently felt dehydrated during a brisk 3-mile walk. My friend had just started using Venture Pal for this reason, and recommended that I do the same. So, I ordered some, and started downing a drink right before each walk. I find the taste subtly pleasant, and feel less concerned about dehydration as I walk alone. I am also happy to be getting my electrolytes in a way that does not send plastic bottles into the environment! My friend commented that previous generations in their 80s had less dehydration risk since they tended to be less physically active than we are.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These packages helps me when I am feeling nauseous. I put 1 pk in a water bottle, shake it up and drink, you will start to feel so much better in no time at all.

This is the first hydration packet that I like the taste of. I find myself drinking twice as much at the gym with these. I have also cut way back on diet soda because I will mix up one of these in a water bottle to drink instead of a diet coke.

These are decent for the price. If you’re looking for a strong strawberry flavor these will not be it.The flavor is subtle but good. Liquid iv is still better but if you can’t justify the $25 price you won’t be disappointed with this lower priced option. I would buy these Again ONLY if price was an issue if not then go for the other more expensive flavorful options.

Currently breastfeeding/pumping and am pretty dehydrated everyday. I’ve tried several brands of powdered hydration packets and found that this brand works the least for me. I take a packet a day and still wake up with dehydration headaches (compared to other brands like liquid iv or ultimata).

Shipping was great. Package looked great. They taste and smell nice. They help you hydrate in this hot weather, plus they have other vitamins and good thing inside.
