Great Brush. From the First Try it was Different
This brush is fantastic. Heat styling is hard on hair but I’ve learned brushing can be even worse in terms or breakage. I felt an immediate difference the first time I used it and it is the only brush I use. I’ll be buying more in different sizes. It is so easy to grab the hair, roll it as I’m drying in and gently pull the brush through. The pay off is a great blow out and not a bunch of hair stuck in the brush. I’ve also cleaned out my brush drawer. All the other brushes feel too harsh now. I can’t tell really if there is an increased shine because that was never my issue, but I love the look the brush helps me achieve. Well worth the money.

Ergo Super Gentle Round Brush
This brush is literally the best brush ever! I have not used it many times so I can’t speak upon how it holds up, however I will speak on how amazing this works for fine thinner hair. It definitely has soft bristles but it holds my hair tight enough for my curls to be dried straight, w/o tugging at all. I already know this will reduce breakage dramatically (I bleach my hair so it’s important to me).I was skeptical because I saw the (frequently returned item) but I feel like it is because people with real think hair are buying it and it’s meant for the fine hair and thinner. Or they feel the bristles, and assume it won’t work with out even trying it because I don’t know bc I don’t have thick hair but my inclination is to say it will still hold thick hair taunt. People dont like change lol

Shorter drying time / longer barrel / gentle on the scalp!
This is hands down the best most effective brush I have ever used for blowing out my hair. I’ve never use another that compares. I know about the price tags but how long does one keep and use a great brush??? I promise it’s worth the price. Try it and if you don’t like it, return it. I got one after noticing the difference at my last hair appt and asked my stylist what was different and she had just started using this brush.

Ergo Super Gentle brush—excellent for fine hair!
I have fine, chin-length hair with blonde highlights. The Ergo brushes are used by the stylists at my hair salon and overheard a stylist talking to a customer about the ‘Ergo Super Gentle’ brush noting how gentle it was on fine hair (wigs and extensions) and sensitive scalps. While I have never hesitated on purchasing salon-sold cleansing, conditioning and styling hair products, I DID hesitate on spending $50 for a brush b/c I thought “would a $50 brush really make a difference?”, so I added it to my cart and pondered over it. After a few days, I purchased the ‘Ergo Super Gentle’ 1.75” (ERG43) and can say it DOES make a difference, which I noticed after just one use.PROS:—My fine hair glides through the Ergo brush like butter, NO snagging or pulling (traditional round brushes would always snag my hair and would somehow always get tangled in the handle).—The bristles are magnificent. I don’t even feel them against my scalp like I did with the traditional round brush bristles, which were much firmer and felt like tiny needles.—The barrel is 1.25” longer than my old round brush, allowing you to dry more hair quickly. This brush has definitely shortened the drying time.—I can achieve great volume with this brush but also can tone it down, if I want a straighter look.—The shine I get is amazing. I have one small section of my hair that is damaged/frizzy from over-processing and this brush has smoothed out that section; dryness and frizzies are non-existent now.—The brush is lightweight and the handle is non-slip and has little nubs, which I wasn’t sure if I’d like (at first they felt a little uncomfortable), but after a two uses, I don’t even notice nor mind them now. The little nubs allow you to comfortably hold the brush securely without having to add any excessive hand pressure, which reduces hand fatigue. My old brush I always had to grip tightly.CONS: None to mention.Overall, this brush is worth the cost and my hair feels amazingly healthy, soft and shiny just like it does when I leave the salon. After one use of the Ergo brush, I tossed my traditional round brush in the trash.

Perfect for Fine Hair
I really love this brush! It’s perfect for fine hair. After my blowouts, only a few hairs are left on the brush because it doesn’t pull them at all! Yet, it still manages to give a sleek blowout without frizz. I’m not giving 5 stars only because sometimes some hair gets stuck at the top of the handle, though it’s nothing compared to other brushes I’ve used.

My second. Love these brushes
I have a drawer full of brushes after searching for decades for one that will hold my fine hair while still styling it. Finally, this is my holy grail. It’s gentle on my head while gripping my hair strong enough to produce body and style. Extremely comfortable in my hand too. I will be ordering the 2 inch within a few weeks as my hair grows a bit longer for summer. I love the texture it provides for my hair and shine. It’s not heavy in spite of the longer barrel and handle. If I consider all the brushes I’ve bought over the years that I’ve rejected after one or two uses this was worth every dollar.

Really great brush
First, I am a product snob. I’m not proud of it, but I am who I am. I don’t buy makeup, hair products, clothing, etc., off of here. However, I’ve been searching everywhere for a new round brush for my fine, delicate hair and due to the reviews I decided “why not”. I am kicking myself for not looking on here earlier and rethinking my snobbish views. This is a GREAT brush for gentle blow drying your hair and doing either straight or curled styles. It’s extremely gentle on hair and scalp and ZERO hair is left in the brush! The grip is comfortable and it’s lightweight and easy to use. The bristles seem durable too. Strongly recommend! Good seller too.

Good for fine hair
Gentle for my fine hair. I was surprised as I previously had a cheap version of this brush and thought it fine. I was wrong, this is a different bristle and works well for fine hair.
