I have not tried it on microfiber seat covers but had worked well on any fabric that I gave used it in I love it!

Q: Do the bowls have silicon holder beneath them? If not, the bowls slide and puppy gets frustrated.

Yes the bowls have a rubber/silicon ring on the bottom. They stayed in place very well
