Having followed Liberty for a while on Instagram, I was already familiar with her delicious recipes. The fact there's now a book filled with them is a real joy. It's a beautiful, inspiring book that has a bake for every occasion. I've already made about 5 things from it! The recipes actually work and the comments and tips from Liberty throughout the book make things much simpler if you aren't a confident baker. Definitely get it on your shelf!

I've only had this book a short while, but it's already become my favourite baking book. Every recipe I've done, about half a dozen, works!! (unusual for me!)Most recipes have really handy tips to make sure they work every time, and there is also a whole section of top tips, a lot of which I didn't know before. There are sweet little personal stories scattered throughout the book too and lovely photographs.If you only buy one baking book, I would highly recommend this one!!

Cookbooks are definitely not just about their aesthetic, but this book is both stunningly crafted AND has so many incredibly written recipes fo every occasion. It's perfect for inspiration if you fancy a quick bake, easy bake or a whole baking day! Already baked 2 recipes (both delicious) So excited to bake more from this beauty!!!

Liberty's recipes won't let you down. I'll Bake is one of the most thoughtful and cheerful baking books I've seen. Heaps of wonderful recipes for a wide range of cakes, bakes, desserts and snacks to suit a whole heap of occasions. All cleverly put together with the reader in mind. Joyful.

I recently got 'I'll bake' and have tried a dozen recipes. All decisions and easy to bake. Great range of genuinely really easy / quick recipes plus easy recipes for things I have always thought are beyond me doing well. Love the self-saucing mocha cake (so gooey) and the white chocolate and ginger nuts. Mix of cakes / fancy cakes / puddings / traybakes - feels like there is something from every occasion.

Was so excited to get my hands on this gorgeous book. It’s filled to the brim with the best bakes and easy steps for each recipe. Liberty couldn’t have made it any better. She even included dietary guides at the back so I can look up vegan, dairy free, etc to make sure what I bake can accommodate my friends, family and guests with dietary requirements. Can’t wait to buy copies for everyone for their birthdays, this is such a lovely book. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great recipes and well worth buying. Have really enjoyed using. Arrived quickly
