I do believe it is much better for issues due to dietary iron deficiencies and absorptivity, (light headedness and leg cramps) than a straight iron supplement. Plus it also includes other much needed diet nutrition. As a senior, I no longer eat that much. I will purchase again.

I've been using these for about a month and they seem to be working. On was on a regular iron supplement that didn't seem to do anything for me. I started taking these and I feel more energy, the brain fog is lifting, and I just feel better all around. I have tried others but didn't stick with it because you would burp all day afterwards and it was not pleasant. These have no aftertaste and do not make you burp. They are not huge pills either, just normal capsule size which is also nice.

I bought these to help me get more iron into my diet; I should have read a little more before purchasing, I didn't realize the dosage would be for 6 pills in a day; I have a hard time swallowing pills and these are pretty large. they don't have a strong smell and are probably a good way to get iron; I just cant bring myself to take 6 of these in a day.
