Love the dry texture, although some pieces seem saltier and/or drier than others, so each piece might be a bit different. Just guessing, maybe it's small batches with some inconsistencies. Overall really good and addictive.

I enjoy dry, beef jerky. This stuff is great. Premium quality beef, process and flavor.

Delicious beef jerky

This is the tastiest beef jerky I have ever had, hands down. The flavor, texture, and taste profile is different than every other jerky brand. 10/10 recommend.

I had high hopes for this because of the great reviews, but I hated it. After two bites, I knew I would never eat the rest. It was extremely smoky and dry—not your traditional peppered beef jerky.To make it worse, there are no returns, so it was a total waste of money for me. I am sure some people love this style, but if you prefer a more classic peppered jerky, I would skip this one.

It's hard to find the real stuff that is actually dried. This is it. If you lime jerky that is actually dry, get this.
