Fantastic! I love the Mason and Cash brand and this pestle and mortar is great. I was worried that it might chip easily since I am quite clumsy in the kitchen but to date there's not so much as a scratch. It's the perfect size for me, obviously there are alternative sizes if you need them. My one gripe is that some spices are leaving a slight stain on the white colour.Pros: Hard wearing, good size.Cons: Slight staining

Olives in three bowls sticks in the fourth!

Well made and very efficient grinding surface. I bought it to replace a smaller M&C pestle and mortar which has given many years service but, as I get older, I found it increasingly hard to get a good grip on the pestle. This pestle is larger and I can get a much better grip BUT the mortar is also much deeper so that I can only use it by gripping with my thumb towards the mortar (like holding a trowel) rather than my preferred grip (like a dagger). If you prefer the trowel grip, or have smaller hands, then this will be perfect for you.

These bowls are really funky have used them lots of times since purchase. Very good buy

Very pretty little bowls, useful for olives etc, but it was disappointing that one of the bowls arrived with a chip in it.

I had these mini bolws to be more like normal sized bolws but when i received them, I was supprised that they were small. just big enough to get two large eggs in, uncracked. three to four if cracked. So a good size for holding things like garlic paste or two to three eggs for ease when cooking. Would buy again.

Bought these to go with a full size mason cash bowl recently purchased but 2of four bowls were broken on arrivalLots of bubble wrap and outer package not damaged but the cardboard holder was flimsy and they obviously just rattled against each other … have not re-ordered as I imagine a replacement would end up the same 🙁 shame …

I have never heard of Mason Cash products being made in China? Also other than the tag put on by the seller, no markings saying it is Mason Cash. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will keep. Going to do some research... But should say so in description.

I had not seen this set of Mason-Cash bowls anywhere else. We have a Brit in our house - and he remembers his Mum’s big cane-color mixing bowl from his childhood.We don’t need the large bowl, but these prep bowls are ideal.
