Perfect Hydration Vest for Runners!
The Osprey Dyna LT Women's Running Hydration Vest is an absolute game-changer for my long runs! It fits like a glove, with adjustable straps that keep everything snug but comfortable, so I never feel restricted. The lightweight design makes it barely noticeable while running, yet it holds everything I need. The included Hydraulics Soft Flasks are fantastic—they’re easy to fill, and the bite valve makes drinking on the go super simple. I’ve never had any issues with leaks, and I can carry enough water for my runs without feeling weighed down. What really sets this vest apart is the thoughtful design. It has plenty of storage for essentials like gels, keys, and my phone, with easy access while on the move. The breathable fabric keeps me cool, even during hot summer runs.Overall, the Osprey Dyna LT is a must-have for any serious runner looking for hydration and comfort. I highly recommend it—it’s become an essential part of my gear!

Works great
I was hesitant to purchase a running vest because I have broad shoulders and am busty. I didn’t like the running belt because it seemed to jiggle too much when I ran. I had resisted a running vest because I thought it wouldn’t work with my body type but decided to give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how great it is. It’s breathable and comfortable. It has extra pockets for things like keys or gum or if you like gels or supplements.I was very happy with the fit. I’m a 36DD and this is perfectly comfortable. It stays in place and doesn’t bounce or cause chafing.I did purchase larger bottles for my last 70.3 just for a bit extra hydration. They fit just fine.I was worried about an extra layer making me feel overheated but even though I live in a warm climate, it wasn’t an issue at all. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Zero bounce
5’4” 130lbs 36D ordered a medium. Was previously training with a camelback but it bounced and I was constantly readjusting the sides. This Osprey does not need to be messed with after fit. Zero chaffing or bothers on my first marathon. Held a ton of fuel and water. I know other reviews complained about the mesh on back rubbing. I didn’t have that experienceiPhone 14pro fits in zipper pocket. Washed up on delicate fine.

Comfortable quality
I love to run but get anxious in the heat without water. I don’t care for hand held water bottles. I saw this vest on someone I follow on social media and decided to give it a try. It fits well and doesn’t bounce around. The mesh is a bit scratchy but tolerable. The only thing I will do differently is get the bladder option instead of bottle option next time. I love all of the pockets for phone, chap stick, keys.

love!
I love this! The water bottles actually go in the top pockets but i moved them cause it felt awkward. I was worried the vest would move around but it doesn’t. I can hear the water sloshing when I run but it doesn’t bother me. It has so many pockets and is easy to adjust and use. It’s so lightweight I almost forget it’s there. I’m 5’3 ish, 125 and 33 around and the medium fit perfectly.

Hurts collarbone
This is a very good looking vest and lightweight but it rubs on my collarbone when running, making for a very uncomfortable run. Halfway through, I had to take it off!

Run longer in the summer.
I'm new to running this year and the summer heat has been unbearable. I spent a long time looking at running vests and decided on this light weight Osprey vest - and I love it! It holds my phone, my keys, my pepper spray and two flasks, and I use one for water and one for electrolytes. The material is a mesh so it breathes but also stays put. I like to run "suns out, tums out" so a little glide around where the edges touch skin and i'm good to go.
