The media could not be loaded. I bought this to tone legs while sitting all day at work. Pretty easy to construct with all the tools. And I am not a carpenter. lolEasy to use once you get going, but if you slow down or stop, it will squeak a little bit . I think it does that to motivate you not to slow or quit. The base does move a little bit, but I think it works your lower abs more by you keeping it sturdy, which is a great thing. I started getting warmer after about 10 minutes and burned a good swear after 15 mins of brisk strides.Good machine for the price.Wish the straps around feet tightened.Make sure you have lower back support.I would recommend for the price and convenience!

I needed something similar to the arm bicycle that I used in physical therapy and this seems like a good choice. I use in on top of my dining room table to exercise my arms. Despite the product description, it does not fit under the bed but it is light to carry. It is easy to put together. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

When I found this unit I was pleasantly surprised by its price, and ordered it with the thought that if it doesn't work out, it wouldn't be a huge loss of investment. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that not only is this mini exerciser very lightweight and portable, it works very well. Because it's only seven pounds, it does tend to shift on my hardwood floor occasionally, which to me isn't that big of a deal. I showed this to my friend, who immediately ordered two, and reports that she is very happy with her purchase.This little exerciser is a great tool to reach and exceed my daily steps goal. Due to its portability, I plan to take this with me on my driving vacation trips.
