This pan is great!! It is nice and sturdy, with a good handle on it. It cook fast, but doesn’t burn or stick. It cleans so nice, with just soap and water. I’m really happy with my purchase and I am going to check out the rest of the product from this brand.

I spent $100 on 2 pans because I really wanted good reliable non-stick pans. Well, it's been about 3 months since I started using these (not very often I might add) and they already have lost their non-stick ability. I never put them in the dishwasher, hand washed carefully every time. It is ridiculous and I'm very disappointed in this product.

My husband and I like cooking with a non stick fry pan which we find ourselves replacing every year or so because the coating starts to wear off or gets scratched even though we use nylon utensils. You know what I mean. This pan is more durable than others we've tried. And believe me we've tried them all-- high end to cheaper ones. Right out of the box you can see that this one is well made and the coating is quality. Well worth the price.

This is a super high quality nonstick pan. No scratches and food does not stick to it. I was tired of throwing away nonstick pans so I decided to try a good quality pan.

For some reasons, I thought this ALVA Energy Non Stick Frying Pan 11" Skillet, Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan is a cast iron, since the title uses the word cast. Nevertheless, just to clarify that it is not cast iron. It does look glittery and easy to use non-stick frying pan, which works well for my eggs and fried rice, and requires minimal cleaning. It is a bit pricey at $72, though.
